Ethics and Compliance Program Evaluations

Global Compliance offers Ethics and Compliance Program Evaluations through its consulting subsidiary Ethical Leadership Group, developed to evaluate the effectiveness of your current ethics and compliance program. Regardless of when you started your program or what elements it consists of, Global Compliance can help you better target your efforts more efficiently and economically. The evaluation correlates directly to the primary drivers of a culture of integrity as cited under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines as a matter of good business practice.

Program Design

Interviews - We listen to the perspective of employees and gather information about employee perceptions. With years of interview experience, we ask the "right" questions, which generate key information to determine the effectiveness of your program.

Surveys - We can host a web-based survey or administer it through the mail. Our survey database is robust and varied, with data from every industry.

Document and Processes Review - We comprehensively review your documents and processes related to ethics and compliance to determine if they are accurate, well communicated, and effective.

Focus Groups - In addition to traditional interviews and surveys, we conduct focus groups to fill in any gaps. We conduct focus groups through anonymous, live surveys using wireless keypads followed by qualitative discussion. This allows our experienced facilitators to instantly follow-up on the most interesting discussion points.

Benchmarking - Once we gather the data regarding your organization, it is imperative to have a comparison so you know where you are and where you want to go. We have accumulated an extensive database of proprietary benchmarking data and utilize this along with additional qualitative and quantitative industry research to create a complete comparison.

The Output

After employing our program evaluation tools, we are able to make specific recommendations on how to best improve areas within your program. We pinpoint areas to augment that maximize value and reduce costs related to an ineffective program.

We can also identify parts of your program that have actually been a detriment. We help you remove these barriers to success and institute more effective measures.

The output also includes an analysis of the findings in comparison to the Sentencing Guidelines and best practices and recommendations on program implementation.
