Course Authors/Instructors
The Managing and the Law online compliance training program combines critically-acclaimed instructional design with the legal expertise of the program's developers, Michael Johnson and Andrew Foose. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Foose are former attorneys in the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, where they litigated employment law claims against employers across the country. They are nationally-known experts in employment law, who are often asked to speak around the country on current workplace law topics. They also serve as expert witnesses in employment law cases.

Michael Johnson is a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law School.

Andrew Foose is a graduate of Harvard University, Columbia University School of Law, and Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs.
