Steve Grossman has over 20 years of senior level experience in finance, operations, and private equity. He most recently ran his own management, consulting, and investment firm. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors for 4Kids Entertainment, a publicly held, diversified entertainment and media company. Before assuming that position, he served as an outside member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Audit Committee. For 14 years, Grossman was also a member of the group management committee of RAB Holdings, Inc., and P & E Properties, Inc., a private equity and investment management group.

As Chief Operating Officer, Grossman manages the day-to-day operations of Global Compliance and its subsidiaries, and leads the executive team members.

Grossman graduated Magna cum laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute and NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants.
