• You Make the Call^SM - Interactive exercise placed at the end of course segments that quizzes users on segment content or on client specific content not included in other parts of the training.
• Ask the Expert^SM - Tool that enables training participants to submit questions online for answers from subject matter experts.
• Q&A Whiteboard^SM - Tool that enables training participants to submit questions to designated company representatives; questions and answers can be anonymously posted and visible to all training participants in order to create an ongoing FAQ bulletin board.
