Course Overview

Global Compliance's course helps learners consider conflicts that upset the balance between what is best for the individual and what is best for the organization so that they may base their actions and decisions on appropriate business practices.  When personal interests compete with those of the organization a distinct conflict of interest exists. Making a decision that compromises what is best for the organization ultimately threatens business as well as personal integrity.
