The Compliance Communicator was designed to help you keep in touch with your managers and to give you some ideas to consider. We want you to use it in whatever way suits you best - cut pieces of it and paste it into emails or presentations, post sections of it to your website, or forward the whole thing to your staff.

If you'd like to use parts of the Compliance Communicator in e-mails, presentations, or on your website you can cut and paste right out of the pdf. To do so, click on the "Select Tool," a button on the "basic" toolbar.

If you don't see it, make sure your "basic" toolbar is visible by clicking on tools, mousing over toolbars, and making sure that "Basic" is checked.

Once you've clicked the Select Tool button, simply click and drag over the text you wish to copy, then right click on the selected text and choose "copy." Now you can paste the text wherever you'd like
