In line with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Global Compliance provides timely, cost-effective and detailed physical site inspections to validate the business legitimacy and intent of prospective customers prior to the sale of personal data.  We lessen the administrative burden of credentialing prospective clients and help you comply with the FCRA-driven credit bureau mandates surrounding data protection.  Global Compliance is approved to conduct physical site inspections for the three major credit bureaus and their client resellers.

Minimum standard FCRA Physical Site Inspection includes:

• Completion of standard inspection report form satisfying the requirements of all major credit bureaus.
• Physical Location Assessment, which includes address, type of location, permanency of location, active status of location and types of products/services marketed.
• Security Assessment, which includes physical security mechanisms and practices for securing and disposing of confidential information.
• Interior and exterior digital photographs.
• Web-based inspection request, tracking and reporting platform.
