Run ad-hoc reports for comparative analysis of employee hotline program data using configurable parameters; identify trends and gaps at a summary level; format graphical and tabular outputs for inclusion in management-level performance reporting; and maintain the ability to schedule presentation-quality reports for delivery to management on a regular basis.
