Designed to complement the functions that clients frequently use from their desktop, AlertLine Mobile Case Management allows case managers and investigators to view details of new employee hotline cases, make case assignments and respond to those who report allegations, no matter where they are.  They can even enter investigative notes from the field without the use of a desktop or laptop computer.  

Global Compliance offers AlertLine Mobile Case Management with basic functionality at no additional charge.  A subscription-based service is also available for more advanced features – and for AlertLine Mobile Hotline. AlertLine Mobile supports all Internet-enabled devices and operating systems: BlackBerry, OS 4.2 and above; iPhone, OS 3.1 and above
