International Toll-Free Services (ITFS)

Our International Toll-Free Services (ITFS) provide the easiest way for employees outside of the United States, U.S. territories or Canada to reach your Global Compliance employee hotline. Individual ITFS lines are set up on a per country basis, and many countries around the world currently have ITFS availability. Some countries support calls placed from mobile phones. Because no access codes or operator involvement is needed, the caller will not be spoken to directly in English at any time during the call. We recommend that an in-language recorded greeting be attached to the line to instruct the caller in his/her native language about the call handling process. This greeting will also let the caller know to stay on the line while an interpreter is obtained. Global Compliance provides in-language greetings and prompts in more than 150 languages.

Global Inbound Service (GIS)

Our GIS enables toll-free calls from one specific country of origin to the Global Compliance Contact Center. As with ITFS, the caller dials a domestic toll-free number that links to a U.S. toll-free number for delivery to your Global Compliance employee hotline. Typically, GIS lines support calls placed from mobile phones in more countries than ITFS.

Interpretation Services

Global Compliance's Contact Center currently provides services to more than 200 countries and territories around the world. We partner with industry leaders to provide translation/interpretation in over 150 languages, 24 x 7. Interpreters are contracted to provide confidential services and Global Compliance's Communication Specialists oversee all interaction between interpreters and callers through a three-way conference call. Global Compliance can also translate Web reporting forms into as many as 150 languages. Reports entered via the web can be translated on a per-report basis upon request.

European Union-Specific Solutions

Global Compliance has developed a program specifically designed for organizations operating in the European Union that complies with EU data privacy requirements.  To address the growing concerning with the potential reach of U.S. discovery requests and compliance with the requirements of EU Data Privacy laws and regulations, GCS offers global clients an EU-based solution. The goal is to keep the personal information of EU-based employees secure and closer to home.
