Many people ask us about our "ethical compliance" solutions, and we always feel obliged to correct this wording because, technically speaking, you can have an ethics solution and/or a compliance solution, but not an ethical compliance solution.  The reason for this is that an "ethical compliance solution" is actually a redundant phrase and does not apply to any particular statute to govern appropriate workplace behavior.
