The Challenge
A construction and repair company supplying services to clients in the energy industry faced a huge challenge: in order to retain the business of one of its major clients, the Company had to develop an active, thorough and effective ethics compliance program—and meet a very aggressive deadline.
The Solution
The Company decided if they had to implement an ethics and compliance program, they wanted to, in their words, “do it right.” They engaged Global Compliance, who took action on multiple levels:
- Hotline Solutions - Establishing an AlertLine® ethics hotline to give employees a confidential method to report suspected wrongdoing.

- Performance and Benchmarking - Helping create appropriate oversight, administration and benchmarking of the Company’s program.
The Result
